Cazador

Terms of use

Last updated: July 20, 2026

Reasonable draft, pending legal review before production. By using Cazador you agree to these terms.

The service

Cazador is a watch reference encyclopedia, a collection tracker, and a set of buying agents (hunter, appraiser, verifier, concierge, curator). Free and paid plans are detailed on the pricing page.

Account

You're responsible for keeping your account secure and for the accuracy of the data you provide (collection, search criteria).

Subscriptions and payments

Payments are processed via Stripe. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the already-paid period.

Acceptable use

Systematic scraping of the encyclopedia's content, reverse-engineering the agents, or using the service for fraudulent activity is not permitted.

Intellectual property

The encyclopedia's editorial content is owned by Cazador. Data you provide about your collection or searches remains yours; you grant us a license to process it in order to deliver the service.

No financial advice

Cazador does not provide investment advice. Price estimates are indicative only — see the price disclaimer for full detail.

Limitation of liability

Cazador does not guarantee the authenticity, condition, or final price of any third-party piece. The Verifier agent flags known risk signals but does not replace a physical inspection or professional appraisal.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. [PENDING: exact jurisdiction/venue — to confirm with legal counsel].
