Cazador

Price estimate disclaimer

Last updated: July 20, 2026

Every price figure on Cazador comes from public or user-submitted sources, is labeled with its origin, and is held to a minimum data threshold before publishing.

Not an appraisal or financial advice

Price ranges are market estimates, not a professional appraisal or a guarantee of sale or purchase at that price. They do not constitute investment advice.

Methodology

A price range is only published once at least 5 verified observations (PricePoints) exist for that reference, with source, observation date, and kind (active listing, closed sale, auction result, or user report) always visible.

If there isn't enough data, the fiche explicitly states 'insufficient data' — a figure is never estimated or invented.

Uncertainty

Every range is shown alongside the number of observations and the period they cover (e.g. 'n=12 data points, 90 days'). Fewer observations mean greater uncertainty.

How to report an incorrect figure

If you spot an outdated price or an incorrect source, you can report it from the fiche itself [PENDING: reporting mechanism, to be implemented].
